TERMS OF SERVICE

This website is operated by Roman Hills PC, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Roman Hills PC, LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing a gaming or workstation PC from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Custom System Orders & Specifications

  • Accuracy: We strive to ensure all component descriptions and images are accurate. However, due to the nature of the PC hardware market, we reserve the right to substitute components with an equivalent or superior part (e.g., a different brand of RTX 5080) if the specific model listed is unavailable.

  • Performance: Performance metrics (FPS, render times) provided on our site are estimates based on testing in controlled environments. Roman Hills PC, LLC does not guarantee identical performance in all user environments.

2. Payment and Pricing

  • Payment Terms: Orders are processed only after full payment is received and verified. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity.

  • Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product and provide a full refund.

3. Shipping and Risk of Loss

  • Delivery: All systems are shipped in specialized packaging to ensure safety. A signature upon delivery is required for all shipments. 

  • Damage in Transit: Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the package immediately. Any damage to the PC must be reported to Roman Hills PC, LLC within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may void our ability to file an insurance claim with the carrier.

  • Ownership: Ownership of the hardware passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Limited Warranty

Roman Hills PC, LLC provides a [1-Year] Limited Warranty on all custom and pre-built systems.

  • Coverage: This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does NOT cover:

    1. Damage caused by user-initiated overclocking or BIOS modification.

    2. Software/OS issues or virus infections.

    3. Accidental damage (spills, drops, electrical surges).

    4. Unauthorized repairs or "modding" of the internal components.

5. Returns and Restocking Fees

  • Custom Builds: Because each workstation and gaming PC is built to order, returns for non-defective units are subject to a [15%] restocking fee.

  • Window: Return requests must be initiated within [14] days of delivery.

  • Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping costs and insurance on all returns unless the unit is deemed DOA (Dead on Arrival).

6. Limitation of Liability

Roman Hills PC, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or "down-time" resulting from hardware failure. We strongly recommend that all workstation users maintain regular backups of their data.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
